How to Claim Tokens After a PinkSale Presale, and How Often

PinkSale presale tokens are not sent to you: you claim them, once per unlock, paying gas each time. The steps, and a count of the claims vesting needs.

By Staff, Presale Press

To claim tokens after a PinkSale presale, return to the pool page once the sale has reached its soft cap, ended and been finalized by the owner, connect the wallet that bought, press “Claim token” and pay the gas. If the sale vests, you repeat that claim, and the gas, at every unlock.

This is an evergreen explainer. This desk read PinkSale’s claim, vesting, withdrawal and Emergency Withdraw pages on 8 October 2026; they are undated documentation describing default behaviour, not any individual pool’s contract.

How to claim tokens after a PinkSale presale

The PinkSale claim page sets three conditions, and typically all three must hold: the sale reached its soft cap (or hard cap), the sale period has ended, and the project owner has finalized the pool.

The steps follow from there. Go back to the pool where you bought, connect the same wallet on the correct network, press the now-active button, and confirm in the wallet, MetaMask being the page’s example, which shows the gas fee.

How many claims does a vested presale take?

The vesting page states plainly that contributors “must manually claim” after each unlock. A schedule is three numbers set by the owner: a first release at finalization, a cycle length in days, and a percentage per cycle. Its own example is the first row below; the other rows are this desk’s arithmetic on the same rule (claims = 1 + remaining percent ÷ cycle percent; last day = cycles × days), using schedules that divide evenly, since the page does not say how a remainder is released.

Each of those claims is a separate transaction with its own fee, and for the whole schedule the buyer holds a position that is still partly locked.

Which button applies to your pool?

Ended, not yet finalizedNone active—Wait for the owner
Ended below soft cap, or cancelledWithdrawal contributionGasNone; funds returned

The Emergency Withdraw page sets the penalty; the exit itself is covered in our Emergency Withdraw explainer, and the failed-sale refund in our reading of the soft-cap terms. A refund from a cancelled pool is not automatic either: the buyer presses the button and pays the gas. Unlock trackers are weighed in our unlock-calendar comparison.

FAQ

What if the Claim token button isn’t active even though the presale ended? PinkSale’s claim page says this almost always means the project owner has not yet finalized the pool, and that the buyer must wait and follow the project’s official channels. Nothing on the claim page lets a buyer force finalization from their side.

Do I need to pay gas fees to claim my tokens? Yes. PinkSale’s page says a claim is a blockchain transaction, so the wallet needs enough native currency, BNB, ETH or MATIC in its examples, to pay the network fee. It gives no fee figure, and neither do we. A vested sale charges that fee again at every unlock.

What if the presale used vesting? How does claiming work then? The Claim token button activates for the first-release batch after finalization, then again each time a vesting cycle completes, and each portion is claimed separately, with gas paid every time. The vesting page adds that nothing is sent automatically, and that the feature does not support rebase tokens.

I claimed, the transaction succeeded, but I don’t see the tokens in my wallet. What should I do? Most wallets do not display a new token until its contract address is added. PinkSale’s page says the address is usually on the pool page or the project’s official channels, and points to the wallet’s Add Custom Token or Import Token feature. Taking the address from anywhere else invites an impostor contract.

We cover the presale market; we do not participate in it, and nothing here recommends any sale. Crypto assets are high risk, and a vested buyer carries that risk for every day of the schedule.
